π¬ Submission Process
- First author must be registered before submission. Proof of registration must accompany email.
- Send file to: peddermfoundation@gmail.com
- Required email details: First author name, Registration Number, author email.
- If accepted, editorial team may suggest modifications. Final version: .pptx format.
π₯οΈ Technical Specifications
- Software: PowerPoint 2021 or newer
- Format: .pptx only (no paper submissions)
- Layout: Landscape, 16:9 aspect ratio
- Maximum: 6 slides (exceeding = not considered)
- No audio, video, or animations
- File size: β€10 MB
π¨ Design & Visual Guidelines
- Fonts: Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman (legible)
- Avoid dense paragraphs β use bullet points & key phrases
- High contrast: White/Yellow on Dark Blue, or Black/Dark Blue on Light Grey/Yellow
- Images: Clear & high-res, but stay within 10MB

Scope: Pediatric Dermatology (patients under 18 years)π Blind Review:
β’ Only first slide may contain author/co-author names.
β’ No other slides: no ownership clues or institution names.
β’ Non-compliance = disqualification.
βοΈ Ethical & Publication Standards
- Patient privacy: de-identified images (black rectangles over eyes, redact names)
- Consent: documented from parents/guardians required
- Originality: unpublished work only
- No logos, company names, or commercial references

File Format:
- Your poster should be in a digital format suitable for display on high-resolution monitors. No paper submissions will be accepted.

Create your e-poster using PowerPoint 2021 in 16:9 format. Keep it concise with no more than six slides.
If the presentation exceeds 6 slides it will not be considered -
The slide size will be βOn-screen show and landscape orientation. Do not place too much text on each page.
ePoster should not include any audio, video or animation. - Use background and text colours which provide a high level of contrast e.g., white or yellow text against dark blue background, black or dark blue text against light grey or yellow background.
- Avoid full sentences and excessive text in general. Bulleted items with key words are preferred.
- Use standard fonts (Times New Roman or Arial or Calibri etc.) as they are easier to read and will prevent font compatibility issues.
- Images and graphics inserted into E-posters should not exceed a file size of 10 MB. (Maximum size of PPT permitted is 10 MB)
Content:
- Submission to be specific to pediatric dermatology ( skin diseases in children less than 18 years of age)
- Only the first slide should include name of author.
- E-poster will NOT BE CONSIDERED if there is any direct/indirect clue to ownership of paper on any other slide of the presentation.
Ethical:
- The authors should have obtained proper consent from parents.
- To avoid any commercial bias, all authors are required to disclose relevant conflicts of interest or state that none exist on FIRST SLIDE ONLY
- De-Identification of images, putting black rectangle over eyes etc, and blackening names of index patient and parents (genetic test results) from the report
- Submission should not have been published elsewhere
- Any Logos, company names or commercial references are not permitted.
Submission: Before 30th June 2025.
- The first author should have registered for the conference before submission of E-Poster.
- Please mention your conference registration number at the time of submission.
- Please send your submission on email id peddermfoundation@gmail.com before 30th June 2025. The submission must include name of the first author and his/her email contact details of first author.
- If your poster is accepted, youβll need to submit the powerpoint presentation in pptx format with any modifications as suggested by the editorial team.
Remember to make your e-poster visually engaging and informative.

There will be a prize for the best poster Only the first author will be awarded the prize.
Paper will be considered ONLY after the first author is registered for the conference. Proof of registration needs to be submitted along with an e-poster.
